Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of self actualization needs, esteem and social needs on work performance. This research was conducted on 33 marketing division employees using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling with Smartpls version 4. The research results show that self-actualization needs have a positive and significant effect on work performance, awards have a positive and significant effect on work performance, social needs have no effect on work performance. Keywords: self actualization needs, esteem and social needs for work performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebutuhan aktualisasi diri, penghargaan, dan kebutuhan sosial terhadap prestasi kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 33 karyawan divisi marketing dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan Smartpls versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan aktualisasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, penghargaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, kebutuhan sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja. Kata kunci: kebutuhan aktualisasi diri, penghargaan dan kebutuhan sosial terhadap prestasi kerja
