Abstract
This research aims to test and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Compensation and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervention variable at the Tax Court Secretariat. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and was carried out on a sample of 81 permanent employees of the Tax Court Secretariat. The data analysis method used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS program. PLS (Partial Least Square) is an alternative SEM-based model. The results of this research confirm that the Work Environment has a positive and partially significant effect on Employee Performance, Compensation has a negative and not significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Environment Work has a positive and partially insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, Compensation has a partially negative and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and partially insignificant effect on Employee Performance with Mediation Job Satisfaction, Compensation have a negative and partially insignificant effect on Employee Performance by Mediating Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a positive and partially insignificant effect on Employee Performance by Mediating Job Satisfaction Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Sekretariat Pengadilan Pajak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilakukan terhadap sampel sebanyak 81 responden pegawai tetap Sekretariat Pengadilan Pajak. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Persamaan Struktural Berbasis Komponen atau Variansi dimana pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS. PLS (Partial Least Square) adalah model alternatif berbasis SEM. Hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja
