Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja (X1) dan Beban Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kembangan yang berlokasi di Jl. Arjuna Utara No.87, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan 2 variabel independen yaitu Stres Kerjadan Beban Kerja, serta satu variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, variabel Stres Kerja dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama pada bagian Account Representative. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil uji simultan (Uji F) yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan Stres Kerja dan Beban Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kembangan pada bagian Acoount Representative. Sedangkan uji parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.This study aims to determine the effect of Work Stress (X1) and Workload (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Tax Office Pratama Kembangan located on Jl. Arjuna Utara No.87, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 40 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. By using 2 independent variables that are Stress Work and Workload, and one dependent variable that is Employee Performance. The results of this study indicate partially and simultaneously, the variables Working Stress and Workload effect on Employee Performance in Primary Tax Office in the Account Representative. This was evidenced by the results of simultaneous tests (Test F) which shows the significant influence of Work Stress and Workload simultaneously affect the performance of employees Tax Office Primary Kembangan on the Acoount Representative. While the partial test (t test) shows Work Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Workload does not affect Employees Performance.
