Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Secara lebih spesifik tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja PT. Indonusa Computer System, (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja PT. Indonusa Computer System, (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Indonusa Computer System, (4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Indonusa Computer System, (5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Indonusa Computer System. Objek Penelitian PT. Indonusa Computer System, Wisma Kosgoro 7F Jl. M.H. Thamrin No.53 10350 Jakarta Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 Responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Analisis Jalur. Hasil dari Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja, (2) Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (4) Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.This research is conducted to know the Influence of Leadership and Work Environment to Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. More specifically the purpose of this study is To: (1) analyze the influence of Leadership on Job Satisfaction PT. Indonusa Computer System, (2) To analyze the influence of Work Environment on Job Satisfaction PT. Indonusa Computer System, (3) To analyze the influence of Leadership on Employee Performance PT. Indonusa Computer System, (4) To analyze the influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance PT. Indonusa Computer System, (5) To analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PT. Indonusa Computer System. Research Object PT. Indonusa Computer System, Wisma Kosgoro 7F Jl. M.H. Thamrin No.53 10350 Jakarta Indonesia. This research was conducted on 50 Respondents by using Path Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that, (1) Leadership has positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction, (2) Work Environment has no positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Leadership has positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, (4) No positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance.
