Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 42 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel stres kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua.This research aims to know the influence of work stress and workload to labor employee performance in PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua. The object for this research is employee at PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua. This research was done to 42 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of work stress and workload influence of labor employee performance in PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test and the result of (t) partial shows significant point of two independent variables that supports hipothesys. There fore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence between work stress and workload to labor employee performance in PT. Tirta Investama Danone Aqua.
