Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya minat konsumen terhadap produk FastNet jika dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya pada fase 1 tahun 2016. Dengan melihat permasalahan yang ada, penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menganalisis bagaimana meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan didukung peningkatan citra merek,kualitas produk dan persepsi harga. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden pengguna produk FastNet di Kecamatan Limo – Depok. Pertanyaan diberikan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang terdiri dari pertanyaan tertutup. Jawaban responden terhadap jawaban-jawaban tertutup mengenai variabel-variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini kemudian dianalisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel citra merek, kualitas produk dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.This research is motivated by the lack of consumer intersest towards the FastNet product when compared with its competitors in phase 1, 2016. To see the exiting problems, the study was aimed at analyzing how to increase consumer purchasing decisions, supported improvement of brand image,product quality and price perception. This study was conducted on 100 respondents of FastNet users in Limo – Depok. The question is given by using a questionnaire consisting of closed questions. Answers of respondents to the responses covered the variables examined were analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling using SPSS 20.0 Research results show the variable brand image,quality product and price perception has a positive and significant influence on variable purchasing decisions.
