Abstract

CDVP (Clinic de Votre Peau) is a clinic engaged in aesthetic health that provides services for skin, face, body and hair health. The application of SI / IT has risks that can hinder and even stop the running of operational activities that must be well known and understood by the company. This research uses ISO31000 to conduct risk management which results in an assessment document and a risk treatment proposal that can be taken into consideration by the company in the future. The stages carried out begin with risk assessment which consists of risk identification, risk analysis and risk evaluation. Followed by the risk treatment stage as a proposal for risk treatment. Based on the ISO31000 stages that have been carried out, there are 4 risks with likelihood and impact values that fall into the high level (High), namely the risk of Software Accurate error; unstable Internet risk and other risks that must be the biggest concern for immediate handling. There are 26 risks with a medium level (Moderate), namely the risk of data input errors, the risk of overheating devices, the risk of dust and other risks. There are also 5 risks with a low level (Low), namely the risk of technical errors, the risk of full storage media and other risks that must be handled properly so as not to hamper the company's operational activities. CDVP (Clinic de Votre Peau) merupakan klinik yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan estetik yang memberikan pelayanan untuk kesehatan kulit, wajah, badan dan rambut. Penerapan SI/TI memiliki risiko yang dapat menghambat bahkan menghentikan berjalannya kegiatan operasional yang harus diketahui dan dipahami dengan baik oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan ISO31000 untuk melakukan manajemen risiko yang hasilnya berupa dokumen penilaian dan usulan perlakuan risiko yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan perusahaan di kemudian hari. Tahapan yang dilakukan di awali dengan penilaian risiko (risk assessment) yang terdiri dari identifikasi risiko (risk identification), analisis risiko (risk analysis) dan evaluasi risiko (risk evaluation). Dilanjutkan tahapan perlakuan risiko (risk treatment) sebagai usulan dari penanganan risiko. Berdasarkan tahapan ISO31000 yang sudah dilakukan, didapati risiko dengan nilai kemungkinan (likelihood) dan dampak (impact) yang masuk ke dalam level tinggi (High) sebanyak 4 risiko yaitu risiko Software Accurate error; risiko Internet tidak stabil dan risiko lainnya yang harus menjadi perhatian terbesar untuk segera dilakukan penanganan. Terdapat risiko dengan level menengah (Moderate) sebanyak 26 yaitu risiko Kesalahan input data, risiko Perangkat overheat, risiko Debu dan risiko lainnya. Terdapat pula risiko dengan level rendah (Low) sebanyak 5 risiko yaitu risiko Kesalahan teknis, risiko Media penyimpanan penuh dan risiko lainnya yang harus dilakukan penanganan yang tepat agar tidak menghambat kegiatan operasional perusahaan.
