Abstract
This research aims to investigate the impact of discipline, motivation and work Stres on employee performance at PT Tidore Lestari Husada Jakarta The research population includes all employees who work at PT Tidore Lestari Husada Jakarta, totaling 50 respondents. The approach used is quantitative descriptive, where the entire population, namely 50 employees, was taken as a research sample using a saturated sample. Analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work Stres does not have a significant impact on employee performance at PT Tidore Lestari Husada Jakarta. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation, Stres, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak disiplin, motivasi, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Tidore Lestari Husada Jakarta Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Tidore Lestari Husada Jakarta, dengan total 50 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, di mana keseluruhan populasi, yaitu 50 karyawan, diambil sebagai sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan alat analisis Smart- PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara stres kerja tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Tidore Lestari Husada Jakarta Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Motivasi, Stres, dan Kinerja Karyawan
