Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intense customer service employees at PT. Huawei Tech Investment. The research data is the collected data from interviews, questionnaires and supporting documents from HR division PT. Huawei Tech Investment for 5 years in a row from 2011 to 2015. The sampling method using saturated sampling method. From a population of 50 people, the sample used 50 people as well. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed job satisfaction and work stress together (simultaneously) significantly influence turnover intention. Partially show that job satisfaction is significant negative effect on turnover intentions, while work stress positive significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress is the biggest significant variable in influencing the intention turnover customer service employee at PT. Huawei Tech Investment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap intense turnover karyawan customer service di PT. Huawei Tech Investment. Data penelitian merupakan data yang dihimpun dari wawancara, kuesioner dan data penunjang dari HRD PT. Huawei Tech Investment selama 5 tahun berturut-turut dari 2011 sampai 2015. Metode sampling yang Digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh. Dari populasi 50 orang, sampel yang digunakan adalah sebesar 50 orang juga. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap intensi turnover, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap intensi turnover. Stres kerja merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap intensi turnover karyawan customer service di PT. Huawei Tech Investment.
