Abstract
This research aims to analyze and test the influence of online attendance and compensation on employee performance mediated by work discipline. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative. The population used in this research were CV employees. Inti Persada has 50 employees. The sample used in this research was the saturated sample method. This research method uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research prove that online attendance has no effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Online attendance has a positive and significant effe ct on work discipline. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline is able to mediate online attendance on employee performance. And w ork discipline is unable to mediate compensation on employee performance. Keywords: Online Attendance, Compensation, Employee Performance, and Work Discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji mengenai pengaruh absensi online dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi disiplin kerja. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Inti Persada sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa absensi online tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan . K ompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan. Absensi online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. K ompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh absensi online terhadap kinerja karyawan .
