Abstract
This writing focuses on how an image editor or editor assembles and makes a video clip based on the treatment made by the director and the pictures taken by the cameraman. Editing is a process of compiling an image to form a story, where this stage is carried out after all material or shoot results are obtained. At this stage the writer as an editor carries out activities including: Logging, Paper Editing, Assembly Edit, Rough Cut, Fine Cut, Mastering & Delivery. The editing technique applied to this music video is Tonal Montage. This Tonal Montage technique is applied to form emotional characters so that the resulting video clips can attract and inspire viewers.
