Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of influence, burden, and work stress on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Alsmart Techno Pacific. This research was conducted at PT. Alsmart Tekno Pasific in 2022. This research is a quantitative study using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS Version 24. A sample of 50 respondents, namely all permanent employees of PT. Alsmart Techno Pacific. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, namely samples using all members of the population. The results of the study explain that coercion and workload each have an effect on job satisfaction, but work stress has no effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Alsmart Techno. Keywords : Compensation, Workload, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban, dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasaan kerja karyawan PT. Alsmart Tekno Pasifik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Alsmart Tekno Pasifik pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 24. Sampel sebanyak 50 responden yaitu semua karyawan tetap PT. Alsmart Tekno Pasifik. Teknik sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu sampel dengan menggunakan semua anggota populasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan kompensasi dan beban kerja masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.
