Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, work motivation and employee satisfaction on the performance of study employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Jakarta Area. The population in this study is addressed to employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Jakarta Area with a total of 83 respondents. The sample used was a saturated sample or probability sampling, and included a total of 83 employees in the study. The data collection method uses the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. This study proves that emotional intelligence has no significant and positive effect on employee performance. This study proves that work motivation has no significant and positive effect on employee performance. This study proves that employee satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: emotional intelligence, work motivation, employee satisfaction, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan pegawai terhadap kinerja karyawan studi pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Area Jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini ditujukan kepada karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Area Jakarta dengan jumlah 83 responden. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau Probability Sampling, dan memasukkan seluruh sampel sebanyak 83 karyawan ke dalam penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan pegawai berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja, kepuasan pegawai, kinerja karyawan.
