Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on employee productivity at PT. KFC Terminal 2F Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Banten. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. KFC Terminal 2F Soekarno-Hatta Airport with a total population of 33 employees. The sample in this study was 30 employees using a saturated sample. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire method. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant influence on work motivation on employee productivity at PT. KFC Terminal 2F Soekarno-Hatta Airport, (2) There is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on employee productivity of PT. KFC Terminal 2F Soekarno-Hatta Airport, (3) There is a positive and significant influence on Organizational Culture on employee productivity of PT. KFC Terminal 2F Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Keywords : Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, and Productivity. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas karyawan PT. KFC Terminal 2F Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang, Banten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. KFC Terminal 2F Bandara Soekarno-Hatta dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 33 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada motivasi kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan PT. KFC Terminal 2F Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, (2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada disiplin kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan PT. KFC Terminal 2F Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, (3) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada Budaya Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas karyawan PT. KFC Terminal 2F Bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Produktivitas.
