Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of job stress, burnout and role conflict with turnover intention of PT. EDI Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is 80 employees of PT. EDI Indonesia. The approach used in this research is Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with analysis tool Smart-PLS. The results showed ob Stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention at PT. EDI Indonesia. Burnout has a significant positive effect on turnover intention at PT. EDI Indonesia. Role conflict has a significant positive effect on turnover intention at PT. EDI Indonesia. Keywords: Job Stress, Burnout, Role-conflict, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, burnout, dan konflik peran terhadap turnover intention pada PT EDI Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT EDI Indonesia sebanyak 80 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. EDI Indonesia. Burnout berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. EDI Indonesia. Konflik peran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. EDI Indonesia. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Burnout, Konflik Kerja, Turnover Intention
