Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on the performance of permanent employees at PT. Citra Sigma Kertaswara Indonesia. The population of this study is permanent employees of PT. Citra Sigma Kertaswara Indonesia as many as 40 people using a quantitative approach and using saturated sample techniques for sample size determination. The data collection method uses a survey method with questionnaires as research instruments. The approach used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis. The results of this study prove that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive insignificant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: compensation, motivation, work environment, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan tetap pada PT. Citra Sigma Kertaswara Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan karyawan tetap PT. Citra Sigma Kertaswara Indonesia sebanyak 40 orang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh untuk penentuan ukuran sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
