Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of intrinsic motivation, training and organizational culture on the performance of contract employees of the West Jakarta Cooperative Trade Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises Sub-Department. From this research the independent variables consist of intrinsic motivation, training and organizational culture. The dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at the West Jakarta Cooperative Trade Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises SubDepartment, totaling 119 employees and the sample used was all contract employees at the West Jakarta Co-operative Trade Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises Sub-Department, totaling 98 respondents. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling. This research is a type of causal associative research. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is the Smart PLS application version 3.0. The results of this research show that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Training, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik, Pelatihan, Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kontrak Suku Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Jakarta Barat. Dari penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari motivasi intrisik, pelatihan dan budaya organisasi variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh pegawai pada Suku Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Jakarta Barat yang berjumlah 119 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan seluruh karyawan kontrak pada Suku Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Jakarta Barat yang berjumlah 98 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Pelatihan, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
