Abstract

Congratulations and survival have important values and priorities for medical personnel who worked during the Covid-19 pandemic, Religiosity and Happiness are among the factors that are expected to increase the resilience of a group of medical personnel who are especially active during the Covid-19 pandemic whose role is currently being the guardian. forefront of society. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between Religiosity and Happiness with the resilience of groups of medical personnel working during the Covid-19 pandemic, with a correlational method and the design of this study is quantitative. The subjects of this study were 197 medical personnel who worked during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the results show that religiosity and happiness can increase group resilience to health workers. This research is expected to provide new insights for both health workers and in the scientific field. Keywords: Group Resilience, Religiosity, Happiness. Selamat dan bertahan memiliki nilai penting dan prioritas untuk tenaga medis yang bekerja saat pandemi Covid-19 ini, Religiusitas serta Kebahagiaan menjadi salah satu faktor yang diharapkan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan kelompok tenaga medis yang khususnya aktif bekerja saat pandemi Covid-19 yang perannya saat ini menjadi garda terdepan untuk masyarakat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara Religiusitas dan Happiness dengan resiliensi kelompok tenaga medis yang bekerja saat pandemi Covid-19, dengan metode korelasional dan desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tenaga medis yang bekerja pada saat pandemi Covid-19 sebanyak 197 responden. pada penelitian ini hasil menunjukkan bahwa Religiusitas dan kebahagiaan dapat meningkatkan resiliensi kelompok pada tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru baik bagi tenaga kesehatan maupun pada bidang keilmuan. Kata Kunci : Resiliensi Kelompok, Religiusitas, Kebahagiaan.
