Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. ISS Indonesia. This research was conducted on 77 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis used is PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. ISS Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 77 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tehnik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT.
