Abstract
This research is ti know the effect of job satisfaction, workload and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Kelapa Gading Branch. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Kelapa Gading Branch. This research was conducted on 100 respondents using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload is negatively related to employee performance, work discipline has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Workload, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Cabang Kelapa Gading. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Cabang Kelapa Gading. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berhubungan negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh siginifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja , Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
