Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work stress and organizational justice on turnover intention at PT Langgeng Jaya Fiberindo in the district of Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative. The object of research is the employees of PT Langgeng Jaya Fiberindo Production Operations Department, with a total sample of 89 employees. The Sampling technique used probability sampling. The data analysis used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool using the SmartPLS Version 3.3.2 software. The results of this study are that organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover Intention, work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and organizational Justice has a negative and significant effect on turn over intention. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Stress, Organizational Justice, Turn Over Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, stres kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Langgeng Jaya Fiberindo Kapubaten Tangerang Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah Karyawan PT Langgeng Jaya Fiberindo Departemen Operasional Produksi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 Karyawan. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS Versi 3.3.2 Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover Intention, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover Intention dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
