Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation an job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. First Media the object of this research is employess who work at PT. First Media. This research was condicted on 38 respondents, using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination pf sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, wirh the Structual Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysus tool. This study proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has positife and significant effect on employee performance, job satistaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Job Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. First Media. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. First Media. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 38 responden, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structual Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
