Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment on PT Khansa Madina Jaya's turnover intention. The subjects of this research are permanent employees who work at PT Khansa Madina Jaya, Tangerang. Using a saturated sample technique, researchers determine the sample size by taking as many as 30 samples from the entire population that will be used as respondents in the study.The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The analytical tool used by researchers in processing research data is Smart-PLS. Therefore, the results of this study state that work motivation has a negative effect on employee turnover intention at PT Khansa Madina Jaya, work discipline does not affect employee turnover intention at PT Khansa Madina Jaya, and organizational commitment has a negative effect on employee turnover intention at PT Khansa Medina Jaya. Keywords: work motivation, work discipline, organizational commitment, turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention PT Khansa Madina Jaya. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja pada PT Khansa Madina Jaya, Tangerang. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 30 sampel yang akan di jadikan responden dalam penelitian oleh peneliti. Data penelitian ini di dapatkan dari menyebar kuisioner kepada para responden. Alat analisis yang di gunakan peneliti dalam mengolah data penelitian adalah Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan pada PT Khansa Madina Jaya, Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan pada PT Khansa Madina Jaya, Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan pada PT Khansa Madina Jaya.
