Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Discipline, Work Motivation, Responsibility towards Employees of PT. Royal Audrey Megah. The object of this research is employees of PT Royal Audrey Megah. This research was conducted with 120 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis using multiple linear analysis, using the SPSS version 23 analysis tool. The results of this study show that the simultaneous test, discipline, work motivation, and responsibility have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Royal Audrey Magnificent. Test results partially prove that Discipline, Work Motivation and Responsibility have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Royal Audrey Megah. Keywords: Discipline, Work Motivation, Responsibility, and Worker Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, motivasi kerja, tanggung jawab terhadap pekerja PT. Royal Audrey Megah. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah pekerja PT. Royal Audrey Megah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 120 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis linier berganda, dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 23. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji secara simultan, disiplin, motivasi kerja, dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pekerja PT. Royal Audrey Megah. Hasil uji secara parsial membuktikan bahwa disiplin, motivasi kerja dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Royal Audrey Megah. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi Kerja, Tanggung jawab, dan Kinerja Pekerja
