Abstract
This study aims to determine the intrinsic motivation of employees and extrinsic motivation, on the performance of employees at PT. Independent with Sakti. This study uses the Triangulation method by taking data from informants who have been determined as research objects consisting of 8 informants. Non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis process was carried out by means of data reduction and data presentation, then conclusions were drawn from interviews, field notes, documentation and other data with related parties in the field. The results of the study show that the application of Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation results in an increase in employee performance which can be seen from the fulfillment of indicators made to measure the success of employee performance. KEYWORD: Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi Intrinsik karyawan dan motivasi Ekstrinsik, terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mandiri Bersama Sakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Triangulasi dengan pengambilan data dari informan informan yang telah ditentukan sebagai objek penelitian yang terdiri dari 8 informan. Teknik pengambilan sampel non probabilitas dengan teknik purposive sampling. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data serta penyajian data, kemudian dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, catatan lapangan, dokumentasi dan data-data lainnya dengan pihak terkait dilapangan. Hasil Peneltian menunjukan bahwa penerapan Motivasi Intrinsik, dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja karyawan yang dapat dilihat dari terpenuhinnya indikator indikator yang dibuat untuk mengukur keberhasilan kinerja karyawan.
