Abstract
The pandemic covid-19 affects changes in work systems at service companies. This study was conducted to understand how the changes in the company affect the psychological condition of employees by looking at the level of work stress and the subjective well-being of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job stress and subjective employees in service companies during the pandemic covid-19. This survey was created using measuring instruments "Subjective well-being inventory" and "Work Stress Quetionnere". It was concluded that the employees had medium levels of stress and medium levels of subjective well-being. The results of this study show that, there are statistically significant links between work stress and subjective well-being with value r = -0,497 , Sig = 0,000<0,05, meaning that if the individual work stress level is high, the subjective well-being is low and if the individual work stress level is low, the subjective well-being is high. Keyword : Work Stress, Subjective Well-Being, Service Company, Pandemic Covid-19 Pandemi covid-19 mempengaruhi perubahan sistem kerja pada perusahaan jasa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perubahan yang terjadi mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis karyawan dengan melihat tingkat stres kerja dan kesejahteraan subjektif karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan subjektif karyawan di perusahaan jasa di masa pandemi covid-19. Survei ini dibuat dengan menggunakan alat ukur “Subjective Well-Being Inventory” dan “Work Stress Quetionnere”. Disimpulkan bahwa karyawan memiliki tingkat stres kerja sedang dan tingkat kesejahteraan subjektif sedang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara stres kerja dengan kesejahteraan subjektif dengan nilai r = -0,497 , Sig = 0,000<0,05, artinya apabila tingkat stres kerja individu tinggi maka kesejateraan subjektif rendah dan sebaliknya apabila tingkat stres kerja individu rendah maka kesejahteraan subjektif tinggi.
