Abstract
This research was conducted to obtain a more complete understanding of the influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at SMK Al Bahri Bekasi. This type of research is a type of research that is explanatory research with the preparation of research using the method of causal analysis. This research uses existing analysis method using SmartPLS software version 3.0. Based on the initial hypothesis that this study consists of four variables, namely leadership, motivation, job satisfaction and teacher performance. From the test results with the t value hypothesis, the results of this study are job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, leadership has no positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, motivation positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction, leadership indirectly has no significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction and motivation indirectly has a significant influence on teacher performance through job satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih lengkap tentang Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi, terhadap Kinerja guru dengan Kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening di SMK Al Bahri Bekasi. Tipe penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian yang bersifat explanatory reasearch dengan penyusunan penelitian menggunakan metode analisis kausal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis ada dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hipotesis awal bahwa penelitian ini terdiri atas empat variabel yaitu kepemimpinan, motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru. Dari hasil pengujian dengan hipotesis secara t value hasil penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan guru, kepemimpianan secara tidak langsung tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja dan motivasi secara tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja.
