Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on teacher performance with work commitment as an intervening variable at SMK Bina Pendidikan 3 Bogor. This research uses smartPLS version 3.0 software. with the existing analysis method that is explanatory, based on the initial hypothesis that this research consists of four variables, namely, leadership, motivation, commitment and teacher performance. From the results of research with the t hypothesis, the results of this study are work commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has no effect on teacher performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on work commitment, and motivation has a positive effect and significant to the work committee, Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Commitment and Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan komitmen kerja sebagai variabel intervening di SMK Bina Pendidikan 3 Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan software smartPLS versi 3.0. dengan metode analisis existing yang bersifat explanatory, berdasarkan hipotesis awal bahwa penelitian ini terdiri dari empat variabel yaitu, kepemimpinan, motivasi, komitmen dan kinerja guru. Dari hasil penelitian dengan t hipotesis, hasil penelitian ini adalah komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komiten kerja, kepmimpinan dan motivasi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru melalui komitmen kerja.
