Abstract
This research is discussing about the influence of leadership, work culture on work commitment, and the effect on teacher professionalism in SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi City. The research participants were 80 respondents of SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi City teachers. It uses SEM data analysis techniques and processing using Smart PLS version 3.2.7. The population were 80 respondents in SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi City. The results of testing and calculations from the data show that the leadership has a positive and significant effect on work commitment and teacher professionalism, as well as work culture has a positive and significant effect on work commitment and teacher professionalism. The results of motivation as an endogenous variable have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The exogenous variables (leadership and work culture) on work commitment show the result of R- square (R2) = 0.680. The exogenous variables (leadership and work culture) on teacher professionalism obtained the result of R-square (R2) = 0.856. This explains that the level of determination of exogenous variables (leadership and work culture) on endogenous variables (work commitment and teacher professionalism) is quite high. Keywords: Leadership, work culture, work commitment, teacher professionalism Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya kerja terhadap terhadap komitmen kerja , serta pengaruhnya terhadap profesionalisme guru di SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi. Objek penelitian adalah guru SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi 80 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan Smart PLS versi 3.2.7. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi sejumlah 80 responden. Hasil pengujian dan perhitungan dari data, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja dan profesionalisme guru, juga budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja dan profesionalisme guru. Hasil dari motivasi sebagai variabel endogen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja guru. Variabel eksogen (kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja) terhadap komitmen kerja diperoleh hasil R-squre (R2 )=0.680. Variabel eksogen (kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja) terhadap profesionalisme guru diperoleh hasil R-square (R2 ) = 0.856. Hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa tingkat determinasi variable eksogen (kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja) pada variabel endogen (komitmen kerja dan profesionalisme guru) cukup tinggi.
