Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of Leadership Behavior, Organizational Justice, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. The subjects of this research were permanent employees who worked at Consultant X. This study was conducted from October 2020 to May 2021. The population in this study was 45 employees at Consultant X, with the research sample using a saturated sample. The method used to analyze the data in this study is multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS version 25 for Windows. The reliability test met the requirements with Cronbach's Alpha values from 0.898 to 0.966; while the validity test met the requirements with values from 0.307 to 0.907. The results showed that Leadership Behavior, Organizational Justice and Employee Engagement had positively and significantly influenced Employee Performance at Consultant X with Leadership Behavior influenced the most, followed by Employee Engagement and Organizational Justice. Keyword: Leadership Behavior, Organizational Justice, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan, Organizational Justice dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja di Konsultan X. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2020 sampai dengan Mei 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 karyawan, dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25 untuk Windows. Uji reliabilitas memenuhi syarat dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha dari 0,898 sampai dengan 0,966; sedangkan uji validitas memenuhi syarat dengan nilai dari 0,307 sampai dengan 0,907. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku Kepemimpinan, Organizational Justice dan Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Konsultan X dengan Perilaku kepemimpinan yang paling berpengaruh dan diikuti oleh Employee Engagement dan Organizational Justice.
