Abstract
In an organization or company, human resources have an important role. Effective communication between superiors and employees or between employees and employees is absolutely necessary to produce the desired performance. PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has many employees who work effectively and requires active communication so that company goals can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how much influence interpersonal communication has on employee productivity in the Outbound logistics section of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This research is discussed using a quantitative approach. The data was obtained from a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents, namely all employees of the Outbound Logistics section, totaling 56 employees. Based on the data that has been obtained from the sample in this study, the results of research related to the influence of interpersonal communication on employee productivity in the outbound logistics (OBL) section of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk are obtained. Based on the results of SPSS data processing, it shows that the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.524. This value can be interpreted that the two research variables are in the very strong relationship category. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.261 (26.1%). This shows that the interpersonal communication variable (X) has a contribution effect of 26.1% on work productivity (Y) and the remaining 73.9% is influenced by other factors Keywords: Influence, Interpersonal Communication, and Work Productivity
