Abstract
Interpersonal communication is very important to use in establishing communication between one person and another, especially in an organization in this case the company. Interpersonal communication is more effective fan efficient in establishing communication relationships between one person and another, remembering interpersonal communication is the most communication used by humans to interact in everyday life. This study discusses interpersonal communication between leaders and employees in improving work harmony at PT. Puncak Abadi Group. The purpose of this study was to determine how important the importance of interpersonal communication in improving employee harmony at PT. Puncak Abadi Group. This research involves two variables namely interpersonal communication variable (X) and Work Harmony (Y). The theory used is interpersonal communication theory (Joseph A.Devito). This research method is using qualitative research methods. With data collection techniques direct interviews (dept interviews) with research informants. The subject of this study involved employees at PT. Puncak Abadi Group as many as 5 people as informants. The results showed that interpersonal communication has a great influence in increasing work harmony between leaders and employees. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Work Harmony
