Abstract
This writing aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Engagement, Job Training, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Matahari Departement Store Tbk. The research was conducted thought questionnaires and a population of 47 employees and taking a sample of 47 employees using the saturated sample method. Analysis method uses a Structural Equation Model using Smart PLS 3.0 Software and the measurement scale uses a likert scale. The result of this study indicate that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Engagement, Job Training, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Keterikatan Kerja, Pelatihan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT Matahari Departement Store cabang Mall Matahari Daan Mogot. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan populasi sebanyak 47 orang karyawan dan pengambilan sampel 47 orang karyawan dengan mengunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0 dan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Keterikatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
