Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Japan Medical Supply Batam. The object of research is all employees of PT. Japan Medical Supply Batam. This research was conducted on 115 respondents using a quantitative approach. Determination of sample size using the Slovin formula so that the sample used is 89 respondents. Data collection method using survey method with research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is a structural equation model (SEM) with Smart PLS analysis tool. This study proves that the effect of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Japan Medical Supply Batam. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Japan Medical Supply Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 115 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakam rumus slovin sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 89 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah struktural equation model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengaruh motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
