Abstract
Human resources are the central force that drives the dynamics of the company. This study aims 1) to find out the causes of employee productivity at PT. Gilang Pratama Santoso which is less than optimal. 2) to determine the effect of work motivation, workload and compensation on the work productivity of employees of PT. Gilang Pratama Santoso. The sample used in this study amounted to 50 employees, this study used Smart PLS data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of work motivation, workload and compensation on the work productivity of PT. Gilang Pratama Sanoso. If the company wants to increase employee productivity, the company needs to pay attention to employee motivation, workload and compensation Keywords: work motivation, workload, compensation and work productivity. Sumber daya manusia merupakan kekuatan sentral yang menggerakkan dinamika perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengertahui penyebab produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Gilang Pratama Santoso yang kurang optimal. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Gilang Pratama Santoso. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang karyawan, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi kerja, beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Gilang Pratama Santoso. Jika perusahaan ingin meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan maka perusahaan perlu memerhatikan motivasi, bebankerja dan kompensasi karyawan. Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, beban kerja, kompensasi dan produktivitas kerja.
