Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee discipline. The population in this study were all employees of the MA AL-Falah school in West Jakarta, wich is 34 employees. The sample used was 34 employees using the saturated sample technique, namely the sampling technique when all members were used as samples. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data collection methods using survey methods, with research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. This study proves that leadership has a significant effect on employee discipline. Motivation has no significant effect on employee discipline. The work environment has no significant effect on employee discipline. Keywords : Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan sekolah MA AL-Falah Jakarta Barat, yaitu 34 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 34 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin karyawan. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin karyawan. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin karyawan.
