Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation, Work Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Danapati Abinaya Investama (JAK – TV). This research was conducted using descriptive methods at PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama (JAK – TV) news division with a sample of 50 respondents. The approach used with this research is the structural equation model (SEM) with the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The results of this study state that the variable work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Danapati Abinaya Investama (Jak TV) with a value of 76.5%. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Culture, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction employee Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan pada PT Danapati Abinaya Investama (JAK – TV). Penelitian ini dilakukan meenggunakan metode deskriptif di PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama ( JAK – TV) divisi news dengan sampel 50 responden.pendekatan yang digunakan dengan peneitian adalah structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistic SmartPLS 3, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kusioner. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT Danapati Abinaya Investama (Jak TV). Dengan nilai 76.5%. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja
