Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, knowledge sharing on employee performance, and transformational leadership on employee performance. The type of this research is causal associative research, which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable and another or how one variable affects other variables. This study's population is employees at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. The sampling method used a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 72 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and secondary data was collected from companies. The data analysis method used is Variance Based Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing positively and significantly impacted employee performance and transformational leadership positively and significantly impacted employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Knowledge sharing, Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepemimpinan trasnformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, data sekunder diambil dari perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Variance Based Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Knowledge Sharing, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kinerja Karyawan.
