Abstract
This study aims to examine the Effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Perum Perindo Jakarta Employees. The population in this study were employees of Perum Perindo Jakarta with a sample size of 86 determined by the nonprobability sampling method. The sample collection technique was carried out using questionnaires and by data it was carried out using smartPLS software version 3.3.9. The results of this study found that Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords : Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perum Perindo Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perum Perindo Jakarta dengan ukuran sampel 86 yang ditentukan dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan oleh data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak smartPLS versi 3.3.9. Hasil Penelitian ini mendapati bahwa Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan
