Abstract
ABSTRAK Di era teknologi digital ini banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan website sebagai sarana komunikasi perusahaan kepada publiknya. PT. Inovasi Lintas Visitama menjadi salah satu yang menggunakan website sebagai sarana komunikasi dengan pelanggannya. Cyber public relations merupakan kegiatan praktisi public relations melalui penggunaan media online untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada publik. Seperti penggunaan website untuk menyampaikan informasi perusahaan melalui konten dan fitur yang ada pada website dengan menampilkan produk dan jasa perusahaan melalui konten yang dimuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis peneliitan kualitatif, dengan paradigma post-positivisme. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan bagaimana implemetasi cyber public relations PT. Inovasi Lintas Visitama melalui website www.lintasdiklat.id dalam upaya memelihara hubungan dengan pelanggan. Dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dari subyek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa implementasi cyber public relations PT. Inovasi Lintas Visitama melalui website www.lintasdiklat.id dalam upaya memelihara hubungan dengan pelanggan sudah dilakukan sesuai kinerja public relations PT. Inovasi Lintas Visitama dari segi pengolahan informasi, konten dan fitur yang ada dalam website terlihat dari meningkatnya jumlah pelanggan dalam sistem data pelanggan pertahun 2022 mencapai 928 pelanggan. Cyber public relations is the activity of public relations practitioners through the use of online media to convey information to the public. Such as using the website to convey company information through the content and features on the website by displaying the company's products and services through the content that is loaded. This study uses a type of qualitative research, with a post-positivism paradigm. This research is descriptive, where the researcher describes how the implementation of cyber public relations at PT. Inovasi Lintas Visitama through the website www.lintasdiklat.id in an effort to maintain relationships with customers. With in-depth interview techniques from research subjects. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is obtained that the implementation of cyber public relations at PT. Inovasi Lintas Visitama through the website www.lintasdiklat.id in an effort to maintain relationships with customers has been carried out according to the public relations performance of PT. Inovasi Lintas Visitama in terms of processing information, content and features on the website can be seen from the increasing number of customers in the customer data system by 2022 reaching 928 customers.
