Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the role of Transformational Leadership and Work Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the mediation of Learning Organization Department Assembling PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk, Fitting Division, South Tangerang. Using a saturated sample with a total of 96 employees, the analysis is quantitative using a questionnaire collection method. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used as an analytical method and Smart – PLS was used as an analytical tool. The results of the study, Transformational leadership has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Work engagement has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational learning. Work engagement has a significant positive effect on the learning organization. Learning organization has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational learning. Work engagement has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Peran Transformational Leadership dan Work Engagement terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di mediasi Learning Organization Departement Assembling PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk, Divisi Fitting, Tangerang Selatan. Menggunakan Sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 96 karyawan, analisisnya kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart – PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian, Transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Work engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap learning organization. Work engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap learning organization. Learning organization berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui learning organization. Work engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui learning organization.
