Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance as the determining variable. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures Jakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research sample was 185 respondents with a collection technique. Using the SEM-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that all variables, namely work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance and had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: work motivation, work environment and work discipline Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah 185 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan kuesioner. Menggunakan alat analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel yaitu motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
