Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of work stress, work discipline, work motivation on employee satisfaction in Pinang District. This research design uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to obtain the required data. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The population in this study were 40 employees of Pinang District. The results showed that job stress had a positive and insignificant effect on employee satisfaction in Pinang District. work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction in Pinang District. work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction in Pinang District. Keywords: work stress, work discipline, motivation ,employee satisfaction. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan pada Kecamatan Pinang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan Kecamatan Pinang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stress kerja pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan pada Kecamatan Pinang. disiplin kerja pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan Kecamatan Pinang. motivasi kerja pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan pada Kecamatan Pinang. Kata Kunci: stres kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi ,kepuasan karyawan.
