Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation and work satisfaction on employee loyalty on PT. Prima Sejati Jakarta. This research design uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to obtain the required data. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The population in this study were 48 employees on PT. Prima Sejati Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the t-test of work environment, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Prima Sejati Jakarta. Keywords: Work environment, Work motivation, Work satisfaction, Employee loyalty Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan karyawan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Prima Sejati Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 karyawan PT. Prima Sejati Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Prima Sejati Jakarta.
