Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, workload and compensation on job satisfaction at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors located in Tangerang. This research was conducted on 40 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used in this study was SEM-PLS through a questionnaire. The results showed that (1) work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. Keywords: Work Motivation, Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors yang berlokasi di Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisi data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS melalui kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja
