Abstract
This study aims to dig deeper into the picture in the Public Relations strategy of PT. Rifan Financindo Futures in maintaining the company's reputation. This study uses a qualitative research design by exploring information about public relations strategies in maintaining the company's reputation with 3 subjects, namely Vice Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager, and Vice Business Officer. The data collection technique used is using interviews and the help of research tools such as interview guides and recorders. The triangulation used in this research is sourced triangulation. The results of this study indicate that PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka's public relations strategy in maintaining the company's reputation is to introduce the company's profile to the public, take a personal approach, provide education to employees and the public about the company's products, provide the best service to customers, and conduct charity programs. Keywords: Public Relations, Public Relations Strategy, Reputation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih mendalam mengenai gambaran dalam strategi Public Relations PT. Rifan Financindo Berjangka dalam mempertahankan reputasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan menggali informasi mengenai strategi public relations dalam mempertahankan reputasi perusahaan dengan subyek sebanyak 3 orang, yaitu Vice Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager, dan Vice Business Officer. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan wawancara dan dibantu alat penelitian seperti pedoman wawancara dan recorder. Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi public relations PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka dalam mempertahankan reputasi perusahaan ialah memperkenalkan profil perusahaan kepada masyarakat, melakukan personal approach, memberikan edukasi kepada karyawan dan masyarakat mengenai produk perusahaan, memberikan service terbaik kepada nasabah, dan melakukan program charity.
