Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelayanan dan Ketersediaan Stok Terhadap adalah pelanggan Daya Beli Pelanggan. Populasi PT Suri Nusantara Jaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 124 menggunakan pelanggan purposive PT Suri sampling Nusantara . Metode Jaya. Metode pengumpulan penarikan data sampel menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 21. Penelitian ini membuk Logistik tikan bahwa Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Daya Beli Pelanggan. Ketersediaan Stok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Daya Beli Pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan, Ketersediaan Stok iv Logistik, Daya Beli Pelanggan. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Service and Availability of Logistics Stock on Customer Purchasing Power. The population in this study were customers of PT Suri Nusantara Jaya. The samples used were 124 of PT Suri Nusantara Jaya. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Methods of customers data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SPSS Version 21. This study proves that the service has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing power of customers. Availability of Logistics S is tock has a positive and significant effect on Customer Purchasing Power. Keywords: Service Quality, Stock Availability, Customer Purchasing Power
