Abstract
This study aims to determine "The effect of transactional leadership, workload and work discipline on employee performance". The object of this research is PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma. This research uses quantitative research methods. This research used proportional random sampling method with 78 employees as respondents. The data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results showed that the transactional leadership had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, work load and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transactional Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Transactional Leadership, Work Load, Work Discipline and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan”. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel propotional random sampling dengan responden sebanyak 78 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan Transaksional berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Beban Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.
