Abstract
The research aims to identity the influence of Work Environment, Work Motivation and Organizational Culture towards Employee Satisfaction in PT. Surya Maju Jaya, Pinang, Tangerang City. The subjects in this study were employee whos working in PT. Surya Maju Jaya. The population of this research were 307 employees that working at PT. Surya Maju Jaya. The sample used in this study was 175 respondents. The sampling technique using a convenience sampling. By using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed Work Environment has a significant and positive effect on Employee Satisfaction with original sample value were 0,280 and T-Statistic 3,547. Work Motivation has a significant and positive effect on Employee Satisfaction with original sample value were 0,385 and T-Statistic 3,046 and Organizational Culture has a significant and positive effect on Employee Satisfaction with original sample value were 0,254 and T-Statistic 2,166. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT, Surya Maju Jaya, Pinang Kota Tangerang. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Surya Maju Jaya. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja di PT. Surya Maju Jaya sebesar 307 pekerja. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 175 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel convenience sampling. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,280 dan nilai T-Statistik sebesar 3,537. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,385 dan nilai T-Statistik sebesar 3,046 dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,254 dan nilai T-Statistik sebesar 2,166.
