Abstract

Capital markets play an important role in the world economy, the role of the company’s capital market is the availability of funds from investors to companies while on the side of investors are expected to return on the return of deposit funds. The pupose of the investors’ investment rate of return is obtained as much as possible with a small degree of risk, because the investors are expected to have the ability to predict future of the stock prices for his purpose of these investments. Stock price analysis can be done by examining the financial ratios of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on stock price (studies in manufacture company sub sector textile and garment listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016). This research was conducted using secondary data. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used is the method of causal analysis. Of the seventeen companies, only taken fifteen companies, because it has acomplete financial reports during the observation period. For the purposes of data analysis in this study, the authors used statistical tests were assisted by the program Eviews 9. In testing the hypothesis, the authors use the F test for the hypothesis simultaneous and partial t test for the hypothesis. The result showed that the Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously affect the stock price. But partially only variable Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) effect on the stock price and Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on stock price on manufacture company sub sector textile and garment listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016 period. Keyword : Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Stock Price Pasar modal memainkan peranan yang penting dalam dunia perekonomian, peran pasar modal dari sisi perusahaan adalah tersedianya dana dari investor ke perusahaan sedangkan dari sisi investor diharapkan akan dapat pengembalian hasil dari penyetoran dana tersebut. Tujuan dari para investor terhadap investasinya adalah memperoleh tingkat pengembalian yang sebesar-besarnya dengan tingkat resiko yang kecil. Oleh karena itu para investor diharapkan mempunyai kemampuan untuk memprediksi harga saham yang akan datang demi mencapai tujuannya dari investasi tersebut. Analisis saham dapat dilakukan dengan meneliti rasio-rasio keuangan yang dimiliki perusahaan. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Harga Saham (studi pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2016). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kausal. Dari tujuh belas perusahaan, hanya diambil lima belas perusahaan, karena memiliki laporan keuangan secara lengkap selama periode pengamatan. Untuk keperluan analisis data dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pengujian statistik yang dibantu oleh program Eviews 9. Dalam melakukan pengujian hipotesis, penulis menggunakan Uji F untuk hipotesis simultan. Dan Uji t untuk hipotesis parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Tetapi secara parsial hanya variabel Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014- 2016.
